Rapid Response Team

As an organisation, we operate with maximum staff flexibility. We have teams structured around specific projects. These teams of people work together for the life of a project and then individuals move to other teams or other projects. We are able to respond quickly to practices needing help with data quality/entry, assistance in identifying areas needing improvement under the Quality and Outcomes Framework and devising and implementing systems to capture the information.

This service often benefits the smaller practice which may not have the infrastructure to cope with this additional workload. In addition, larger organisations such as PCTs have found this service useful for providing structured support to practices that are struggling to meet new or additional demands.
