Primary Solutions’ remit then, as now, was to raise the standard of care while placing the practices back on a firm business footing. Success in this area led to offers from several Primary Care Trusts for Primary Solutions to take over the interim provision of GMS and PMS to develop practices and deliver modern business plans and clinical services.

GMS, PMS and APMS Provision
Since the advent of the GMS contract in 2004, Primary Solutions has been working with several PCTs to become one of the first Alternative Providers of Medical Services in the UK, effectively recognising that this is a service we have been providing since 1993. We are also able to offer full GMS and PMS provision. Our experience and knowledge of the primary healthcare environment and the duties and
